Mandarin Customer Service – Immediate Hiring – SELANGOR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
  • To exceed customers’ expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.


  • Must be able to converse fluently using Mandarin and English
  • Must be able to read & write Traditional Mandarin word
  • Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
  • Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift – 5 days working
  • Preferred to have six months or more of customer service experience
  • Fresher are welcomed to apply
