Accounts Executive – PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR
Responsibilities:
Account Receivables
- Issue invoice, official receipt, and preparing debtor statement every beginning of the month.
- Perform basic office task, such as filling, data entry, answering phone, processing email, etc.
- Follow up on customer overdue payments and assist in reviewing credit control.
- Assist in preparing listing, and/or maintaining listing.
- Assist with audit, fact checks and resolving discrepancies and variances.
- Assist in preparing month end or yearend closing management account.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Account Payables
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Assist in preparing listing, and/or maintaining listing.
- Assist with audit, fact checks and resolving discrepancies and variances.
- Assist in preparing month end or yearend closing management account.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
