Job Description

  • Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
  • Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
  • Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
  • Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line / clients
  • Attend to all clients’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries
  • Responsive to internal and external customers call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
  • Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Mandarin Speaking required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
  • Able to speak and communicated in English and Mandarin.
  • No experience required, willing to learn and accept new challenge.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Offered internship as well.
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player with positive work attitudes
  • Able to work in fast paced environment with high stress tolerance

Working Hour: 
8:45am to 6pm (Mon – Fri) 
8:45am to 1pm (Sat) – Once a month
