Senior Executive, Total Rewards Specialist – CYBERJAYA, SELANGOR

Job Summary

Plan and execute the development, administration and maintenance of the employee’s performance management system known as ACHIEVE to ensure that employees and departments are working effectively towards achieving the Commission’s strategic goals. Develop and manage the Career Management plan for multiple levels of staff to provide a clear career progression and growth pathway for all employees in the Commission.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute holistic total rewards strategies aligning with organizational goals to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Evaluate and analyze various roles within the organization, ensuring accurate job descriptions and classifications to establish fair and competitive compensation structures.
  • Succession Planning: Facilitate and lead succession planning initiatives, identifying key talents, and ensuring a robust pipeline for critical roles to mitigate talent gaps.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits, ensuring the organization remains competitive and attractive in the talent market.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing the overall well-being of employees.
  • Establish key metrics for total rewards programs, providing regular reports to management for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards programs, ensuring understanding and appreciation of the value provided.
  • Develop and update total rewards policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with HR partners to integrate total rewards strategies into broader HR initiatives, fostering a cohesive and comprehensive approach to talent management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and innovate total rewards programs, ensuring the organization remains a leader in employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide support in preparing ODD Surat Perkeliling and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to performance and career management.

Job Qualification & Requirement

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, HRD, Data Analytics/ Statistics/ Business Administration or related disciplines with a minimum CGPA 3.00 from a reputable University/College.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of working experience in a similar environment.
  • A flexible multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
