Key Responsibilities :

  • Process customer requests within service level and accuracy target.
  • Act on remedial action report.
  • Receive request to perform New Line, Change Plan, Transfer Ownership, Change Sim and Cease Line. 
  • Check and validate that customer’s particulars/ request tally against application. Ensure that the work order status is under “Completed” before raising a subsequent Change Order. 
  • To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings and buzz sessions, giving feedback and ideas to colleagues and the Team Leaders to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity. 
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested by management and Team Leader.   

Key  Requirements :

  • Qualification : SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any related discipline.
  • Entry level applicant are encourage to apply.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and an effective team player with ability to interact with team to achieve goals & service excellence.
  • Customer oriented with places meeting the customers’ need as top priority and very quality conscious.
  • Flexible in doing extended work hours if required.
  • Wiling to accept 6 months contract jobs.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
