Admin Executive (Malaysia) – PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative support, issuing of Purchase Orders, tax invoices, updating of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable, order office supplies and any other administrative matters.
  • Act as a liaison between secretarial and tax officer on finance matters; suppliers and clients in procurement matters.
  • Support in HR functions including but not limited to: processing payroll, managing employee leaves, medical and claim matters
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Meticulous & Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good Coordination & Communications skills
  • Positive & Proactive attitude
  • Able to start work with short notice period is preferred
