Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  1. Assist in product costing and pricing, for both new and existing products
  2. Responsible to provide quoted selling prices and material cost margin analysis
  3. Source for new parts, materials, and suppliers when the need arises
  4. Deal with suppliers on any products sample request, pricing and etc
  5. Responsible for the ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities that could generate more cost-saving for the company
  6. Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, vendor relationship management, and continuous improvement for the company

Minimum Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in business management or a similar field preferred.

Diploma in business management or a similar field preferred.

Years of Experience

Fresh Graduate

1-2 Years

Skills/ Knowledge

  • Experience in executing Costing, Procurement & Sourcing activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver, and planner with organizational and analytical ability
  • Experience in ERP environment and Microsoft Office
  • A highly-motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication (both oral and written) in Mandarin and English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in working closely with suppliers and manufacturing
