Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in product costing and pricing, for both new and existing products
- Responsible to provide quoted selling prices and material cost margin analysis
- Source for new parts, materials, and suppliers when the need arises
- Deal with suppliers on any products sample request, pricing and etc
- Responsible for the ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities that could generate more cost-saving for the company
- Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, vendor relationship management, and continuous improvement for the company
Minimum Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in business management or a similar field preferred.
Diploma in business management or a similar field preferred.
Years of Experience
Fresh Graduate
1-2 Years
Skills/ Knowledge
- Experience in executing Costing, Procurement & Sourcing activities
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver, and planner with organizational and analytical ability
- Experience in ERP environment and Microsoft Office
- A highly-motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication (both oral and written) in Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in working closely with suppliers and manufacturing
