Job Description

岗位职责 Job Scopes:

协助处理公司内部,包括HQ和仓库的行政事务,包括租房、租车、办公用品管理、水电费等

不定期举办员工活动

监管各类证件的有效期,负责更新或新办

管控行政使用成本,以及成本分摊、预测等

In charge of all administrative affairs in HQ and warehouses, including house rental, car rental, office supplies management and untilities.

Organize and prepare for company events monthly.

Monitor the validity of various license, responsible for renews or new applications.

Manage administrative costs, cost allocation and forecasting, etc.

任职资格 Requirements:

大专或本科及以上学历,欢迎应届毕业生投递;

热爱行政类工作;

精通办公自动化,沟通表达能力突出

Require Mandarin speaker as the position need to communicate with HQ China. 

Diploma and above, fresh greduates are welcome to apply
