- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts
- Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings
- Maintain all work records, transaction and documents
- Carry out any other related task assigned by the company
Job Requirements
- Education SPM or higher
- Fluent language skill in Mandarin and English
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin (China client)
- Typing speed of 40 words perminute (WPM) and above
- Strong learning ability and communication skill
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skill
- Experienced in China Market and Finance Industry will be prioritized
