Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to emails / live chat in a timely manner, handle customer inquiries over messaging apps
  2. Provide professional customer service (Training will be provided)
  3. Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and goals
  4. Process orders and update worksheets

Job Requirement

  1. Experience with handling China client will be preferred
  2. No Cold Calling required
  3. Proactive and able to work independently
  4. Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field of study
  5. Language Requirements: Proficient in Mandarin & English
