- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts: Accurately prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded with precision, accuracy, and completeness.
- Income Statement and Balance Sheet Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of income statements and balance sheets, providing critical insights into the financial performance of the organization.
- Monthly Tax and Deferred Tax Computation: Calculate monthly tax and deferred tax obligations while maintaining accurate tax schedules.
- Inter-Company Transactions Listing: Compile a monthly listing of inter-company transactions to support group consolidation efforts.
- Forecasting and Annual Budget Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets, playing a vital role in the organization’s strategic financial planning.
- Related Parties’ Transactions: Regularly prepare and report on recurrent related parties’ transactions, both on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Audit Liaison: Collaborate with both external and internal auditors, taking ownership of issue resolution and ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
- Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Be adaptable and willing to take on any additional duties and responsibilities as required on an ad-hoc basis to support the finance team.
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or an equivalent field.
- Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Deadline-Oriented: Exhibit the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Be a committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively within a finance team and across departments.
- Analytical and Meticulous: Demonstrate strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for accurate financial reporting.
- Integrity: Uphold high integrity and ethical standards, operating with transparency and honesty in all financial matters.
- Accounting System Knowledge: Possess experience with well-known accounting system such as SAP, WIZ, KPA etc., which is considered vital for this role.
