Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Attend to customer problems, complaints, suggestions and favors promptly.
  • Key-in order intake and fulfil customers’ need.
  • Assist sales personnel on any enquiries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse department on delivery matter.
  • Ensure all orders received are within allocation and at the right price.
  • Able to analyse and highlight abnormalities in orders and pricing.
  • Fully understand on the company’s products and its application; understand our machines ability and provide prompt info and suggestion to customer’s enquiry.
  • Prepare credit notes and debit notes.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned.


  • To provide supervision on admin section and planning for export delivery
  • Overall supervision on admin section.
  • Overall in charge export container haulage arrangement (include ocean freight).
  • Prepare warehouse minutes.
  • Prepare monthly production report.
  • Prepare weekly inventory report.
  • Run outstanding delivery report.
  • Generate Monthly Transport Cost and Ageing reports
  • Daily transport cost checking.
  • Verify export transport cost for payment processing.
  • Prepare SOP/ Process flow.
  • Monitoring on schedule of 5S internal audit.

Production Planning

  • Close monitoring and planning inventory for customers products models to ensure sufficient stock to order for daily pull-card
  • Converting scheduling for converting machine
  • To liaise with inter-department for coordination
  • Follow-up on all the urgent orders to ensure timely deliveries

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate with high motivation to learn, patience in handling operation are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong leadership and management skills, able to work independently, highly motivated, able to multi-task and teamwork oriented.
  • Good level of computer literacy & knowledge in store inventory management system
  • Good interpersonal skill, good decision maker and good communication skills (Purchasing and End Users)
  • Wide variety of technical knowledge-maintenance spare will be an added advantage

  • Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization.
