Job Description


  • Ensure all order processing activities are completed accurately and on a timely basis; and
  • Use strong interpersonal skills both in English and Malay to communicate well to customers and team members.

Some Of The Work You Will Be Doing:

  • Dealing with customers via phone and email;
  • Processing orders in our AutoCount system for invoicing; and
  • Ad hoc work as required by Management.


  • At least a SPM qualification or equivalent;
  • Be proficient at using Microsoft Office;
  • Possess great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in English and Malay; and
  • Experience in AutoCount accounting is an added advantage.
