Customer Service Executive – KUALA LUMPUR
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible to response, serve & upsell customer on a timely manner. Handling customer service inboxes, email, live chat, post comments WhatsApp, calls & ad hoc task regards to clients request.
- Monitor customers refund & return.
- Work with internal warehouse to ensure parcels go out safety & keep track any return/refund back to warehouse.
- Update customer database every day
- Produce copywriting, knowledge sharing, new product information, shopping coupons and free shipping everyday.
- Other adhoc tasks assign by superior
Skills & Requirements :
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skill, writing and reading in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 1 year1 of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
