Customer Service Executive – KUALA LUMPUR

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to response, serve & upsell customer on a timely manner. Handling customer service inboxes, email, live chat, post comments WhatsApp, calls & ad hoc task regards to clients request. 
  • Monitor customers refund & return.
  • Work with internal warehouse to ensure parcels go out safety & keep track any return/refund back to warehouse.
  • Update customer database every day
  • Produce copywriting, knowledge sharing, new product information, shopping coupons and free shipping everyday.
  • Other adhoc tasks assign by superior

 Skills & Requirements :

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skill, writing and reading in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • At least 1 year1 of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
