Admin cum Operations Executive – KOTA DAMANSARA, SELANGOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team in scheduling and managing daily work calendars to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications from clients, employees, and external partners.
- Performing a broad variety of personal and administrative tasks including handling company and personal errands.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative & operation tasks, including file management, office supplies procurement, and office equipment maintenance.
- Assist the management team in completing special projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate team coordination and collaboration to promote efficient teamwork.
- Provide general administrative and office support when needed.
- Assist the Director when needed.
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or personal assistant roles.
- Able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa & English
- Preferably Male or Female age 40 years and below.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships with various individuals.
- Proficiency in office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures prior training experience is a plus
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to cope with a constantly changing work environment
- Effective time management skills to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
