Marketing Executive – MID VALLEY, KL
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for the overall product marketing and the promotion events.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on the product category.
- Conduct market research, develop, document and execute business and post-launch activities.
- Develop and implement go-to-market plan, liaise and coordinate the execution with all related divisions.
- Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including budget management.
- Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
- Facilitate and develop presentation material to support the retail (modern and lower trade) sales team.
- Assist the Sales & Retail team with plan-o-gram and modular development in order to maximize shelf space and sales. This will include assisting with POS and metric analysis to measure effectiveness.
- Business profitability monitoring and provide advice on areas for improvement.
- Inventory control based on market situation forecast.
Requirements
- At least a Degree in Marketing or business studies or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience for consumer related products.
- Figure sensitive.
- Has a flair for figures and competent in analyzing market intelligence data.
- Background in retail industry / FMCG or experience in dealing with dealers is preferred.
- Passionate in AV/IT product knowledge would be an advantage or keen interest in AV/IT product.
