Marketing Executive – MID VALLEY, KL

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the overall product marketing and the promotion events.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on the product category.
  • Conduct market research, develop, document and execute business and post-launch activities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plan, liaise and coordinate the execution with all related divisions.
  • Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including budget management.
  • Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
  • Facilitate and develop presentation material to support the retail (modern and lower trade) sales team.
  • Assist the Sales & Retail team with plan-o-gram and modular development in order to maximize shelf space and sales. This will include assisting with POS and metric analysis to measure effectiveness.
  • Business profitability monitoring and provide advice on areas for improvement. 
  • Inventory control based on market situation forecast.


  • At least a Degree in Marketing or business studies or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience for consumer related products. 
  • Figure sensitive.
  • Has a flair for figures and competent in analyzing market intelligence data.
  • Background in retail industry / FMCG or experience in dealing with dealers is preferred.
  • Passionate in AV/IT product knowledge would be an advantage or keen interest in AV/IT product.
