Job Description :-
- Perform general day to day administrative duties, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or storekeeping roles.
- Prepare and process Quotation , purchase orders, basic bookkeeping, and office documents.
- Prepare communications professionally, such as memos, emails, official letters, and other correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist on day to day operation and office administration tasks.
Requirement :-
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent in related field.
- 2 years working experience in administration field
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good account & book keeping knowledge
- Experience in Autocount / SQL.
- PC literate – MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal, independent and self-motivated
