Admin Executive (Malaysia) – PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative support, issuing of Purchase Orders, tax invoices, updating of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable, order office supplies and any other administrative matters.
- Act as a liaison between secretarial and tax officer on finance matters; suppliers and clients in procurement matters.
- Support in HR functions including but not limited to: processing payroll, managing employee leaves, medical and claim matters
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Meticulous & Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good Coordination & Communications skills
- Positive & Proactive attitude
- Able to start work with short notice period is preferred
