- RM 2,400 – RM 2,600 per month
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
- Promote and explain financial products/services professionally
- Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries effectively
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Update customer interactions and sales records accurately in the system
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with telesales, telemarketing, customer service, retail sales, or banking sales experience are preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and able to communicate in English
- Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude, persuasive communication skills, and willingness to learn
