Job Descriptions:
- Troubleshoot all information technology and related issues.
- Maintain log and / or list of required repair and maintenance.
- Connect and set up hardware and troubleshoot software error.
- Maintenance and services of computer hardware and software.
- Network and e-mail maintenance and configuration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have thorough knowledge to perform IT Helpdesk.
- Able to grow, develop and manage strong operation team.
- Possess Network Troubleshooting & Technical Competency.
