Summary Description

Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
Ensuring compliance with quality objectives, conducting audits, identifying process improvements, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and conduct periodical internal quality audit of QMS to gauge the compliance level to ISO requirements and continually improve the effectiveness.
Prepare the audit report and follow up on close loop corrective actions.
Assist in transitioning to updated ISO standards when applicable.
Assist in development of new ISO standard certification when applicable.
Prepare and participate in periodical Management Review.
To perform BOM creation base upon approved ECO into Oracle system.
To perform document control function as per ISO procedures (eg. SOP, WI & records)
Monitoring Document Control in maintaining good filing and tracking records.
Able to communicate and handle with various department request on document control,
Assess risks in processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective action preventive action.
Support external audits by certification bodies or customers.

Requirement

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in related field or Quality Management
At least 1-5 years(s) of working experience in the QA System field at Manufacturing Industry.
Certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is preferred.
In depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.Experience in internal and external process auditing.
Ability to prepare and manage quality manuals, procedures and records.
Ability to handle customer quality concerns and documentation.
