Human Capital & Administration Executive

Job Description :

  • Primary responsibility for the Group’s Recruitment, Talent Development and Office Management
  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating the job description, posting the job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing to onboarding the new hires.
  • To handle the day-to-day HR operations, talent requisition, new staff orientation, exit interview and employee/industrial relations functions as and when required.
  • Responsible for Group’s overall payroll processing including computing wages, statutory payment (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB/HRD CORP), maintain time & attendance system, preparing payroll reports and administration tasks as assign by Management.
  • Responsible for planning, evaluate and execute Employee Training programme.
  • Responsible for conductive, safe, healthy and tidy working environment.
  • Prepare and execute letters of Human Resource i.e., Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation, Letter of Acceptance of Resignation, Letter of Promotion, Letter of Disciplinary action, Staff Memo & Announcement & etc.
  • Maintain employees’ personnel file and ensure all information are accurate, up to date and complete.
  • Provide assistance to employees’ on matters related to payroll e-leave, e-claims, performance evaluation, staff training and the Employee’s Handbook.
  • Review, recruit, supervise and evaluate Internship Programme within the Group.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information and liaising with staff and Management on payroll related queries.
  • Prepare payroll summary reports and furnish to Accounting & Finance department or assist to provide any other analysis payout report for Management decision purpose.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other equivalent.
  • Well versed in Labour Law of Malaysia & latest rulings by the Government, statutory bodies and other relevant authorities.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in Human Capital / Human Resource Management related field is required for this position(s).
  • Required Computer Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Law or related legislations.
  • Meticulous and great attention to details.
  • Demonstrate positive character and in congruence with Company’s Core Values.
