About the role

Seeking an experienced General Admin to join the team at ES PREMIUM HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. in their Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of the company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and process all purchase orders, including order placement, tracking and follow-up
  • Support the purchasing manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
  • Handling a variety of clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails

What we’re looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel suite and other productivity software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Working Location: Chan Sow Lin
