Sales Development Representative

Position Overview:

Do you enjoy talking to people, creating meaningful connections, and making things happen? As our Sales Development Executive, your main goal is to connect with new business prospects, reach out, and secure quality appointment meetings. No closing, no pressure — just relationship-building, communication, and opportunity creation. You’ll be backed by 1-on-1 training, work with a supportive and experienced team, and grow your skills in a professional business environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree holders in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged – no experience needed
  • Good speaking in English
  • Confident, motivated, and energetic
  • Good with time management and communication
  • Willing to learn — we provide full training

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Set up appointment meetings for the sales/consulting team
  • Update CRM (Hubspot) with contact and conversation records
  • Follow up with leades to confirm appointments
  • Work closely with the sales and account management team

Think of this role as the “first handshake” between PriooCare and new clients – you’re opening doors and creating opportunities.
