Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Compliance Executive to support our customer operations, ensure compliance with internal processes, and help maintain ISO9001 standards.
The role includes managing customer inquiries, coordinating logistics-related documentation, and maintaining proper document control and process compliance.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days working in our Singapore office and 3 days work from home each week.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Assist customers throughout the order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely updates and proactive communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documentation when required.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, Logistic teams, and suppliers to support order fulfillment.
  • Track shipments and provide customers with timely status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movement, and customer communication.

Compliance & ISO9001

  • Manage document control processes in alignment with ISO9001 requirements.
  • Maintain updated records, SOPs, forms, and controlled documents.
  • Support internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure teams adhere to established procedures and compliance standards.

Process Management & Improvement

  • Assist in reviewing, improving, and implementing operational processes for customer service and logistics.
  • Monitor workflow efficiency and suggest enhancements to improve customer experience and internal coordination.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation, communication, and reporting.


Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • 3 years or more of experience in customer service, logistics support, compliance, or document control preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 quality management systems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or inventory systems is beneficial.
