岗位职责 Responsibilities
- 产品线规划与策略制定
Develop and execute product line strategies and roadmap aligned with company goals.
制定并执行产品线的发展策略与路线图，确保与公司整体目标一致。 - 产品生命周期管理
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, design, trial production to mass production.
管理产品从概念、设计、试产到量产的完整生命周期。 - 跨部门沟通与协调
Act as the key interface among engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth project progress.
作为产品线主要窗口，协调工程、制造、品质、采购和销售团队，确保项目顺利推进。 - 设计评审与技术决策
Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure product performance, safety, ergonomics, and reliability.
主导设计评审并提供技术方向，确保产品性能、安全性、人体工学及可靠性达到要求。 - DFM / 生产可制造性优化
Ensure product design complies with DFM/DFA principles and collaborate with manufacturing teams for process improvement.
确保产品设计符合 DFM/DFA 原则，并与制造团队合作推动工艺优化。 - 供应链与制造协作
Work closely with factory engineering and QC teams to solve technical issues during manufacturing and mass production.
与工厂工程及品质团队紧密合作，解决生产及量产过程中的技术问题。 - 成本与品质优化
Drive cost reduction initiatives while ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485 / IEC 60601-1).
推动成本优化项目，同时确保产品质量及符合相关法规（ISO 13485 / IEC 60601-1）。 - 项目管理
Lead and manage project timelines, risk control, milestone delivery, and documentation.
主导项目时间管理、风险控制、关键里程碑达成及文件管理。
任职要求 Requirements
- 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. - 5 年以上产品管理或机械设计经验
5+ years of experience in product management or mechanical/structural design. - 熟悉钣金、铝型材、压铸、塑胶工艺及 DFM/DFA 原则
Strong understanding of sheet metal, extrusion, die casting, plastic processes and DFM/DFA principles. - 具备跨部门协调与沟通能力
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - 有从概念到量产的完整产品推进经验
Proven experience driving products from concept to mass production. - 熟练应用 3D/2D 设计软件（SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD）
Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD. - 具备组织能力、推动力与项目管理能力
Strong organizational skills, execution capability, and project management experience. - 有医疗设备或机械设备行业背景者优先
Experience in medical devices or mechanical assemblies is preferred.
