Sales Administration Officer/ Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including preparing quotations, sales orders, Delivery Order, Invoices and Debit Note.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
  • Prepare and submit Sales and Service Tax (SST) reports and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Liaise with the Accounts/Finance team on SST documentation and tax matters.
  • Update the shared folder with new drum, own drum, thinner, IBC, and special order details so the Operations Department can prepare the stock before delivery
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Familiar with SST submission processes and basic tax documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and relevant accounting or ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
