F&B Supervisor/CDP/Commis (KL/JB)

Supervisor Job Description (up to RM4,000):

  • Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers. 
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, and staff allocations. 
  • Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff. 
  • Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff. 
  • Enforcing company SOPs diligently. 
  • Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines. 
  • Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery. 
  • Always maintain cleanliness of the outlet. 
  • Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations. 

Commis/CDP Job Description (up to RM5,400)

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across various kitchen sections.
  • Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry) as assigned, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
  • Support senior chefs in recipe preparation, plating, and service execution.
  • Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the kitchen.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented in accordance with established quality and portion standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely service and coordination during peak periods.
  • Participate in inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Follow kitchen procedures and policies, and contribute to the development and improvement of menus and recipes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in barista or bakery/café operations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Min 2 years of working experience as Supervisor in the retail F&B industry
  • Able to work at non-halal restaurant, as we use alcohol in cooking and serve alcoholic drinks
  • English and Malay, Mandarin is added advantage
