About the role
UO STRUCTIQUE SDN BHD is seeking a talented Project Management Engineer to join our dynamic team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. As a fulltime employee, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating complex engineering projects, ensuring their timely and successful delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status and milestones
- Ensure project deliverables adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Entry level or Minimum 1 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering industry
- Strong project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
