What We’re Looking For
We are recruiting Management Trainees for a 12–18 month structured development program. You will join our in-house training academy, rotate through technical disciplines, and progress to become a commissioning engineer or project leader capable of working directly with international clients.
Development Path
Month 1–3: Foundation
1. Enroll in our in-house training academy: full Cx1–Cx5 lifecycle, electrical/HVAC/controls/fire/ELV systems, and international client standards
2. Shadow senior engineers on-site under supervised conditions
3. Complete site-readiness certification within 90 days
Month 4–12: Rotation & Specialization
1. Rotate through 2–3 technical specializations
2. Progress from shadowing to independent task ownership
3. Choose a specialization anchor based on interest and aptitude
Month 12–18: Independent Delivery
1. Support test execution and commissioning of assigned systems
2. Prepare English technical documentation and client reports
3. Work directly with international clients alongside senior engineers
4. Goal: become a commissioning engineer or project team member ready for client-facing roles
Who We Want
Mandatory:
1. Fluent English: strong spoken and written skills, confident with international parties; TOEFL/IELTS/TEM-8 preferred
2. Malaysian national or valid Malaysia work permit; willing to work on-site and learn through projects
3. Diligent, self-disciplined, fast learner, strongly self-driven
Core:
1. Class of 2025–2026 bachelor’s degree or above
2. Engineering major (electrical, automation, fire, HVAC, energy, mechatronics) OR English/business major
Preferred:
1. University or overseas background
2. Relevant internships or project experience
3. Fluent Mandarin Chinese (professional level)
4. Proficient use of AI tools
