About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Intern, Business / Administration to join our team at OSK Holdings Berhad in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This is a contract role that will provide you with valuable experience in the Administration & Office Support industry, with a focus on Administrative Assistants.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the business, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handling various communications, such as responding to inquiries, managing correspondence, and distributing information
- Supporting the team with project-based tasks and special initiatives as needed
- Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
What we’re looking for
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business, Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to the team’s success
