Marketing Administrator (Immediate Vacancy)

Job Description:

  • Responsible in preparing daily/weekly/ monthly sales, promotion, and inventory tracking report.
  • Blast out/email, promotion program, price update to dealer and reseller.
  • Manage company website, update product price and inventory.
  • Design advertisement artworks, product and create flyers.
  • Promote company product & brand name to social media like facebook and etc.
  • To prepare reporting & marketing claims.
  • Claims – Promotional program claims like claims submission to vendors.
  • Assist warranty team to resolve problem while encounter product issue.
  • Direct report to product manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Candidate proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. 
  • Good skill in flyers design.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Photoshop).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in IT distribution field.
  • Able to start work immediately. 
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
