Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day office administrative work as assigned.
  • To coordinate submission of new visa application, renewal of visa, extension of visa, endorsement of visa and other immigration related matters to investment migration.
  • Communicate closely with internal or external parties to ensure efficient daily operations are well coordinate to meet the target.
  • Responsible for the day to day office administrative work as assigned
  • Ensure all customer records are maintained in good order and in an organized manner to meet deadline.
  • Maintain proper document control and filling.
  • Able to perform company assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service position is highly desirable.
  2. Patience in customer service and administrative works is required.
  3. Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
  4. Seeking candidate with good communication and committed to his/her role
  5. Team player
  6. Efficiency in the administration of documents is required.
  7. Good use of MS office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  8. Strong integrity, commitment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  9. Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, and sometimes for long hours if the work load is high.
  10. Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
