Rumah Walet Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of high quality bird nest supplier from Sabah. Established in 2017, throughout the years, we have been specialize in whole sellling birdnest for our customers in whole Malaysia.

Qualifications & experience

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AutoCount software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of optical products and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records of stock.
  • Supporting senior management with administrative tasks & liaise between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
  • Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, sales reports & analyze sales data.
  • • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Collaborating with other departments for smooth operations.
