Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level IT system support on IT software and hardware, and tracking on Service Request (“SR”).
- Conduct IT system training.
- Conduct IT Survey.
- Prepare IT system documentation and user guide.
- Helpdesk Service Ticketing maintenance.
- Support Operating Systems and In-house developed applications.
- Support IT equipment issues and inquiries raised by users.
- Assist in the project implementation of KLK IT systems.
- Conduct QA on IT Systems prior to release to production environment.
- Involve in IT Operations tasks in collecting backups and processing tasks to ensure data and reporting needs are fulfilled.
- Any other task as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent from recognized universities.
- Working knowledge in IT helpdesk is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independent with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various countries.
- Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.
