We’re Looking for You! Are you passionate about engaging with people and excel at solving problems? SimpliSolar is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executives to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our expanding customer base, handling inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

As we (Simplisolar) continue to experience the growth of our customer base, we are now seeking customer service executives to offer support to our customers along with assisting them with their general inquiries. This role predominantly assists customers over the phone, so it is important that you possess strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Incumbent who is able to prove himself / herself by delivering the key results can expect career progression in the shortest period.

Your Role:

  • Facilitate customer onboarding and provide stellar after-sales services.
  • Efficiently coordinate service delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly by devising solutions, drafting reports, and offering recommendations to management.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, securing their feedback to improve product and service quality.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Promote the advantages of solar power as a sustainable solution to increasing electricity costs.
  • Manage customer data effectively.

What We Need From You:

  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, and/or other local dialects.
  • Exceptional phone communication skills.
  • A confident and assertive communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • A positive, motivated individual eager to contribute to the team.
  • A competitive spirit with a daily drive for success.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is highly valued, but all backgrounds will be considered.
  • Experience in the Renewable Energy industry is a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
