- Acts as a receptionist, receives patients, greets relatives/visitor, and offering assistance when required with smile, courtesy and politeness at all times.
- Attends to telephone calls, inquires, appointment and messages with courtesy, tact and politeness at all times.
- Attends to all clerical aspects to expedite patient’s registration and admission. Maintain accurate records of individual patients’ files.
- To register patients, maintain or update patients particulars into system where applicable.
- Trace patients files from the Medical Records Room and dispatches to the Emergency unit/ward when required.
- Collect deposits from patients or their guarantors upon inpatient registration and accountable for the amount collected with the receipts issued.
- To do cashiering duties when the need arises.
Requirement
- Proficient in customer service skills.
- Possess at least SPM/ Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Able to work shift and able to commence immediately is an advantage.
