ADMIN ASSISTANT – KUALA LUMPUR
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing, sorting/typing/checking of documents, generating reports, etc.
- Handle day-to-day operations of invoicing.
- Customer service: handles all incoming and outgoing calls/ messages
- Help with office management and organization processes.
- Help to manage the Facebook page and “Xiao Hong Shu”.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Able to type Mandarin characters.
- Good written & verbal Mandarin and English communication skills.
- Good in Mathematics (to calculate the tuition fees)
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in editing videos and photos, and copywriting would be more advantageous.
- Minimum 1-2 years and above experience in a similar role.
- Good team player with a problem-solving attitude.
- Computer literate (able to handle PPT, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
- Meeting deadlines and updating the direct superior.
- Able to work follow shift.
- Able to start work in April 2024.
