ADMIN ASSISTANT – SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR
Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, including tracking invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Generate routine operational reports to be shared with our clients.
- Support budget preparation, track expenses, and assist in account reconciliation.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM holder
- 1+ years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
