Channel Executive (Junior or Fresh Graduate) – GLENMARIE, SELANGOR
Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between the channel management team and vendors, conveying information, updates, and inquiries as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events involving channel partners and internal stakeholders.
Data Management:
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to channel performance, sales, and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing channel activities and results.
Issue Resolution:
- Support in resolving routine issues and inquiries from channel partners, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.
- Work closely with the sales team and vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of channel partner concerns.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure that all channel-related documentation is accurately maintained, properly filed, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring contract renewal dates and other key milestones related to channel partnerships.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement within the channel management function and provide suggestions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and increase partner satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Marketing/ Management or related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a channel management or sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of business operations and customer relationship management.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Able to speak in Mandarin to speak with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Preferably male applicant.
