About the role
We are looking for a Production Executive to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations, quality compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan production schedules and translate them into daily shift targets
- Ensure machines are properly set up and materials are ready before production starts
- Coordinate the 4Ms – Man, Machine, Material and Method
- Coordinate with Maintenance to troubleshoot machine and production issues
- Ensure operators comply with SOPs, safety requirements and work instructions
- Conduct regular production floor checks on quality parameters and process compliance
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for ISO and other standards
- Supervise supervisors and operators, including shift scheduling and discipline
- Conduct on-the-job training and develop multi-skilled operators
- Ensure accurate SAP production data entry, including production orders, material staging and scrap
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Production, Engineering or related discipline
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of production planning, manpower management and production processes
- Experience with SAP and manufacturing systems will be an advantage
- Good problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with Production, Maintenance and other departments
