Our Quality Control team within Production is more than equal to the challenge of ensuring we comply with GMP, ISO and other requirements. We develop and drive quality metrics while managing the design and installation of quality control processes, procedures and statistical techniques. We’re so skilled in conducting build audits, enhanced functional testing or customer audit that we also deliver training on quality assurance systems to colleagues.
You will:
- Work with Operation & Engineering team for new customer order requirements. Alerts engineering and operations to conditions that may adversely impact the customer experience.
- Support Regulatory Product & Peripherals Audit. Assists in troubleshooting and determining root cause for quality issues on production floor.
- Responsible for audits, incoming quality assurance, and feedback and reporting. Viewed as a subject matter expert regarding QC techniques and processes.
- Minimize down time by reducing production rework, recalls or failure trends. Addresses critical production quality issues and Transfer daily status information to other shift personnel, off-shift groups and supervisors.
- Regularly presents performance results and status updates to leadership and engineering and regularly trains less experienced team members on QC techniques and processes.

Essential Requirements
- Degree holder in Engineering/any other related field
- 1-2 Years of related experience
- Must possessed computer knowledge & able to communicate in English.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
