Supply Chain Specialist – MRO SCM
Position Description:
· Project Supply Chain Management Representative
· Manage department/Project tasks progress and monitor the risk and status
· KPI Report: Prepare the monthly KPI report, monitor achievement status and risk
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for order fulfillment delivery improvement by leading required development and implementation of projects:
· Collaborate with overseas regions – Regional Supply Chain teams to manage order processing, forecasting and supply planning.
· Lead design and implementation of processes and systems to ensure cost effectiveness and improved service, planner efficiency, quality, and capacity.
· Meet regularly with key stakeholders to provide information, data and recommendations to support the decision-making process.
· Oversee the implementation of process improvement, change management and program execution through development, implementation and governance of processes, based on industry best practices.
· Refine workflows and procedures and strengthen internal control, continuously improve the business procedures and efficiency
· Conduct work process analysis and give recommendation to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
· Work in close collaboration with internal parties, e.g. Sourcing and Global Planning team to drive and implement operational processes and procedures as needed
· Ensure all issues with regional supply chain are clearly understood and communicated to ensure resolution as well as ensure ongoing management of communication back to the regions
· Collaborate with vendors to identify and evaluate opportunities for supply chain efficiency and cost reduction
· Determine Key Supply Chain KPI
· Be the key driver in strengthening the relationship with outsourcing vendors and to achieve a seamless operation across the region;
· Coach, develop and motivate team members to ensure the business in alignment with Company’s direction.
Candidate Requirements:
· At least Bachelor Degree. Fresh grads and having work experience are welcomed.
· Familiar with supply chain business processes and able to make enhance and improve processes flow.
· Good coordination skills.
· Proactive and always seeking for challenging attitude.
· Contract(s) position available.
