Job Description :
NON-CONFORMANCE REPORT (NCR):
- Investigate and document non-conformities identified during production.
- Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective and preventive actions together with relevant departments.
- Ensure NCRs are closed promptly with proper documentation.
CORRECTION ACTIONS (CAR):
- Initiate and oversee corrective actions for identified quality issues.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure proper implementation.
ON-HOLD FINISHED PRODUCTIONS:
- Manage and oversee the process for on-hold finished products.
- Conduct quality evaluations and provide recommendations for disposition.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of on-hold products.
FOREIGN BODY MANAGEMENT:
- Monitor and manage processes to prevent foreign body contamination.
- Investigate incidents of foreign body contamination and implement preventive measures.
METAL DETECTION PROCESSES:
- Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of metal detection systems.
- Investigate and address issues identified during metal detection.
HANDLE AND MANAGE QUALITY ISSUES:
- Identify and resolve quality issues arising during production.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement immediate and long-term solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to resolve operational challenges.
DEVELOPE AND IMPROVE SOPs:
- Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production lines.
- Ensure SOPs are aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Train staff on SOP implementation and compliance.
COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING:
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable standards, including GMP and HACCP requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on operational quality control activities.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Perform other related duties as required by the Management.
Qualification and Requirement:
- Degree in Food Science/Technology/Engineering or related discipline.
- Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure.
- Effective leadership and good interpersonal skill.
- Detailed and result-oriented.
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Lead assessor, basic GMP and HACCP practices and maintenance, food safety, quality control and HALAL.Decision making skill.
- Communication skill.
- People management skill.
