Taiko Drum Industries Sdn Bhd is an established and growing company specializing in high-quality drum and packaging solutions. We are committed to providing excellent products and outstanding service to our customers nationwide. As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and develop new business opportunities, actively prospecting for potential customers.
- To maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- To conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms with clients.
- To achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- To monitor industry trends, gather competitor information, and report market insights.
- To prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-up promptly with clients.
- To coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales service.
- To maintain proper records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Computer literate (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the assigned areas.
- Position to be based in Petaling Jaya.
