Clinic Consultant – AsterSpring Clinic
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation & Customer Relations
- Provide personalised consultations and treatment plans.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Follow up with patients to monitor treatment outcomes.
- Clinical Support & Treatments
- Assist doctors with aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, lasers).
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for smooth workflow.
- Perform selected beauty or aesthetic treatments as required.
- Sales & Performance
- Recommend treatment packages and products to support sales targets.
- Apply strong closing skills to maximise conversions and upselling.
- Work with the Centre Manager and team to achieve sales objectives.
- Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate treatment records.
- Ensure clinic hygiene and stock readiness.
- Participate in ongoing training programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales or aesthetics; fresh candidates with a strong interest are welcome.
- CIBTAC/CIDESCO or any related beauty certification is an advantage.
- Familiar with Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Basic knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments is a plus.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Passionate, service-oriented, and willing to work retail hours, including weekends/public holidays.
- Clear communication and excellent customer service.
- Sales-oriented with strong closing skills.
- Team player, professional, and self-motivated.
- Ability to adapt, learn, and solve problems effectively
