Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and maintain product displays according to company guidelines.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, tidy, and products are in good condition.
- Check expiry dates and rotate stock accordingly.
- Build good working relationships with store staff and management.
- Track stock levels, sales performance, and competitor activities.
- Promote products and support in-store promotions to drive sales.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving product visibility.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma.
- Experience: At least 1 year of related experience in FMCG, preferably with sales or merchandising exposure.
- Basic sales knowledge, including product promotion and achieving sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel to different store locations as required.
