Admin Executive

  • Manage, update and execute academic student matters from student enrollments to the completion of classes. (Local & Oversea)
  • Liaise and handle lecturers in relation to any academic-related matters.
  • Handle and resolve academic affairs and student-related matters and queries.
  • To provide a monthly report to Management for student academic records status from the enrollments to the completion of classes.
  • To assist in preparing reports and official documents.
  • To assist in maintaining proper filing for the Administration Department.
  • To identify, maintain and improve the academic standards of service to ensure the good quality of academic operation affairs and student-related matters.
  • Execute student-related activities such as briefing on orientation day every intake.
  • Classroom facilities management which includes art materials preparation, facilities maintenance, notice board update and decoration, etc
  • Assist the in identifying and liaising with potential childcare centers for practicum collaboration.
  • Assist students in arranging or sourcing suitable hostel / accommodation options when required.
  • Any Other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the company from time to time.
